Second Life 9/11 Market Recap
On the World Stock Exchange (WSE), companies continue to add their financial reports. Recent reports include Delicious Demar Enterprises (DDE) which saw decent activity after its report, Lemur Invest (LEM) which saw several small trades and Spontaneous Rich Investments (SRI) which had trading halted for during the early hours of its new secondary offering.
SRI also reported its stock holdings. On the World Stock Exchange, it picked up 50,000 Ginko Perpetual Bonds (GPB) and added another 4,000 shares of Midas Group High Yield Bonds (MGB) to its portfolio. It also traded out of positions in VHI, VST and SKY and picked up a small amount of THI. On the Second Life Capital Exchange (SLCapEx), it sold off 10,000 shares of NDS and picked up a small position in BNT.
They made major purchases on the Virtual Stock Exchange (VSTEX), picking up a large position in SLC, as well as a position in VHI five times the number shares that they had on the WSE. Their position in VST shares remained the same as it was in the WSE.
Currently, SRI is listed as having a secondary offering on WSE saying that they were issuing around 9 million new shares and they had around 39 million shares to go. Somehow, that just doesn’t seem right to me.
Over on the SlCapEx, my tracking of major holders transactions revealed lots of minor changes including
Small changes in DGD by Maelstrom Baphomet and Kailen Juran, a small change in INC by Marc Attenborough, a small change in LNL by Lindsay Druart, a small change in SLCX by Bogart Beck, along with a larger change purchase of 7,000 shares by Sando Haller. Il0n Papp of VBL picked up a share. Dimitri Gasser picked up a couple hundred shares of XXX.
The big changes however occurred in NDX, where Chao Mu sold off around 40,000 shares and Kubi Beam showed up on the list with around 33,000 shares. On SLMS, Dezmond Martinek unloaded 4,000 shares and on TNW Enky Nakamura unloaded over 60,000 shares. TNW shares were down substantially. It traded at 1.50 back at 10 PM on the 9th dropping to 1.05 this afternoon around 5 PM.
ZEN, on the other hand, saw Dezmond Martinek pick up close to 20,000 shares and KLinthoudt Mayo pick up close to 13,000 shares. ZEN shares stayed nicely in the .70 .80 range.
