As I drove home late in the hot summer night, I see the almost full moon shining down. I set my away message on emails at work, and I’m now, almost completely, focus on Falcon Ridge. Tomorrow afternoon, if all goes according to plan, I will be setting up tents on a hill in Hillsdale, NY. I’ve been thinking about how I’ll keep cool. What I’ll do to stay focused, particularly in terms of writing.

Kim and I have been talking logistics and food. Online, the buzz continues to grow as others share their travel plans or last minute considerations.

There are many other things on my mind right now. Exciting news. News of friends struggling, and most of it things I can’t write about yet.
