Random Stuff

It has been a slow day. I've been watching reports of Hurricane Ivan on the Weather Channel and I've spent a bit of time updating my list of local political candidates to reflect recent endorsements. (My wife has been endorsed by the Connecticut AFL-CIO.)
I've also been busy creating more turf maps for Diane Farrell's campaign.. On the job front leads, keep showing up, but nothing substantial yet.
With this as a background, I was amused to hear the update to the story about the woman who was fired for backing Kerry has now been hired by Kerry.
