I was reading a blog I found through Blog Explosion. trucandygirl is a proud U.S. Marine's wife.
... and neither have I wings to fly...
She writes, "I mainly started my blog as an outlet for me, and a way to keep Ernesto informed of my routine daily life" and she wonders about how important it is to have people reading her blog.
Build me a boat, that can carry two...
I think it is very important. In an earlier entry, she wrote, "This is going to be a long entry. I received an email from Ernesto this morning, he did in fact confirm that he was somewhere in Iraq. I called his mother to let her know, it's hard for me to be the bearer of sad news. I haven't been able to speak about it without breaking down a little bit."
And both shall row, my love and I
Whether you think the war in Iraq is crucial to defending America's security, or the wrong war, in the wrong place and the wrong time, please read some of the stories of the military wives and keep them, and their loved ones in your prayers.
Thank you...
