I'm not much of one for dwelling on stats, but...

Today, I received my 50,000th hit on this website. This includes hits that I generate updating the site, hits that people hit by just hitting refresh, and probably hits by crawlers, RSS readers, etc.

In comparison, Google Adsense shows me receiving about 20,000 hits. I've made about $30 through people clicking through the ads right now. That's a long way from making any sort of a living.

Also, over 3000 of these hits come from people at Blog Explosion.

So, today is a milestone. I'm not sure it means much, but it is a milestone.
