New Legislation Would Ban Urban Legends

Washington D.C. – A new law proposed by a bipartisan group of Representatives would outlaw the spread of "urban legends."
I hope this is an urban legend!

They are only one step past: "if you make that face, it will stick" or (the one my dad socked me with as he drove me to the airport to go to Moscow): "in the Soviet Union, there is a parasite that burrows into your eye." What's under the bed? Woah, is that a human kidney packed in ice? My finger hurts, did I just stab it on an HIV-infected needle?
